For anyone wondering, you need these plugins to use everything properly:

• Trapcode Suite (Form, Particular, Mir)
• Video Copilot Element 3D
• Boris FX Sapphire (for S_Shake)
• Twitch & BCC plugins for some shakes
• After Effects CC 2019+

Quick Tip: Make sure to read the read me files inside the VFX Folder, they explain how to apply each preset correctly. And install the CCs via Lumetri or Magic Bullet Looks.
